I’ve had a quick lunch yesterday with my son. We ordered beef and chicken quesadillas. The food was delicious, service nice and quick. We got half to take home, cause it was too much.
We’ll be back with the rest of the family

Came here for lunch on a Sunday and it was very quiet.
Got given dirty glasses which had lipstick stains from another person and piece of old food which looks like it turned mouldy on the other.
Ordered a chimichanga and got given a California burrito because they accidentally made that .. wasn't given a choice to get what I actually ordered which was disappointing.
Food was nice, but they really lacked on the sour cream and guacamole. After the glasses it just felt dirty. Service could be improved and got caught out by a Sunday surcharge that wasn't advertised anywhere.

Oh my word. Firstly, we were big fans of Dos Senoritas in Gladesville and were devastated when they closed earlier this year. The chef is BACK!!!!! Delicious tacos, delicious everything. Proper hearty and unpretentious street-style food with gorgeous flavours. If you’re looking for a super “trendy” Mex place filled with neon sugar skulls, go to Newtown. If you want great value honest Mexican fare in a family friendly place, this is it. Cocktail list looks amazing, will definitely be sampling those next time. We are already planning our next visit and I’m glad I’ve now read the other reviews about booking ahead!

Fabulous food and excellent service. The food is fresh, home made very authentic tasty flavours. Very delicious taquitos, tacos, enchiladas and cocktails. The food was not overly salty, nor dry. The seafood enchiladas were fantastic. Big pieces of juicy fish and large seared prawns. The serves range from generous to enormous. The sauces were amazing. The chicken taquito was not dry, the black beans and red beans were moist, soft and really delicious. We observed many other dishes that looked very appealing. The staff were delightful, knowledgeable, very accommodating and professional. Walk ins were attended to immediately and the place had an excellent vibe, not high end but a very welcome mid range spot; it was busy but everyone was happy and served well. Parking is easy around the corner. I would ignore bad reviews I do believe they’re competitors these days as most of them I read are so untrue. I can’t speak for takeaway container options although there are new rules with no plastic thankfully. My husband and I are retired and very fussy, we eat out a lot and we were very impressed. We will be back.

I wasn't blown away per say but I'm also not going to be harsh and give less than 4 stars. There is definitely some potential here. We only ordered 2 entres (which are actually large portion)....the fries could've been nicer if the fries were more crispy.
The margaritas were surprisingly delicious, definitely a great place to get one in the hills.
